A market rent towers estate of no-to-neighbourhood, climate denial, population growth denial, permanent developments car-free housing zoned surrounded by conservation areas with neighbourhood plans/ social inclusion/ de-growth.
Reform policies are already long established in Brent. A Right mess- with so much social infrastructure building required by new population growths zoned, to re-reach an equitable level with neighbour boroughs amenities, wellbeing, assisted living and life chances.
The RIGHT question. Are Market Rent Tower Estates zoned-in permanent developments- layering, infilling, forever repairing and neighbourhoods NOT by bad growth design- the best Labour can do re housing estates?
No more leasehold (long rent) tower flats= no more feudal towers.
Tower flats being family owned, council owned, HA owned, should bring a new spirit of neighbourhood building rather than permanent development feudal extraction into the Brents Tower Growth zones. Who knows councillors may even start to represent Growth zones?
Why’s Dawn there? Isn’t she far right now too given the immigration policies of her government?
