Tenant and Leaseholder open day
Join us for our fifth Tenant and Leaseholder open day. This open day is a great opportunity to connect with us, ask questions, get support with housing issues and speak directly with our teams.
On the day, you will be able to:
- meet your Area Tenancy Manager
- report repairs, damp, or mould issues
- discuss your rent or service charges
- learn about the steps we are taking to keep your building safe
- find out how to get involved in your community and resident engagement activities.
There will also be information stalls and presentations from a range of council teams. Family-friendly activities will be available for children, and our team will be on hand throughout the event to answer your questions and provide support.
You can register your interest to help us plan ahead, or simply come along on the day.

Be nice if they ocassionaly held such events at a different venue. It may be convenient for Council Officers, but not for many tenants and leadeholders.
