Does Ed support Brent Library closures?

From today's Independent:
The Labour leader Ed Miliband said yesterday his party would back campaigns to save libraries as "a place where community is built, as families get to know each other and form friendships".

Red Ed's comment of "a place where community is built, as families get to know each other and form friendships" is sooo wide of the mark. As somebody who works extensively with Libraries all over the country, 95% of users simply go to use Facebook and browse the web. The Libraries are empty if there is no internet access!
Red Ed is opposed to anything being cut, admits that they would have to cut budgets, but won't say which! He will twist and turn but not give you a straight answer!

I'd like to see Facebook &tc banned from library internet access too; free internet for job searching, educational purposes and online council services is one thing, social networking is quite another!

Internet access can be obtained for between 50p and £1 on any of the main roads around any of our libraries.
