Normal service will be restored as soon as possible

Regular readerswill have noticed a lack of postings in the last week or so.  This is not because  there are not Brent issues to be publicised and discussed.  I have been unwell for some time culminating in hospitalisation last week.  I am back at home and hope to resume postings but my energy levels are much less than usual.

I am happy to supplement Wembley Matters with any appropriate guest postings that readers may with to submit.

I second Sandro's best wishes to Martin, as I am sure many "Wembley Matters" readers will also.

We had missed Martin's regular blogs on a wide variety of issues. To indicate how popular this informative site is, the number of "pageviews" passed the TWO AND A QUARTER MILLION mark while Martin was hospitalised.

Philip.

Sorry to hear about your poor health, Martin, but pleased to hear you're back home. Take it easy. Will try to submit a guest blog - on Rydon Group.

Welcome back, Martin. Hope you'll soon be better. Not much happened while you were away. World War 3 still hasn't started and that Mr Davis says that Brexit is going really well.
You should really take a few days out to recuperate. I know a quirky little guest house in the country run by someone I think you know. It's just changed its name to 'Ye Olde Golden Handshake' and will probably do special rates for old chums (rather like LB Brent did for the owner) ..........
