  1. In Tower Block Tatler's speech she ommitted to say that it was her own adminstration that declassified the cottages as Parkland and opened the door to this building on more parkland. Shame on Councillor Own Goal Tower Block Tatler.

  2. Cllr Tatler mentioned NCIL investment in the Northwick Park Open Space during her right of reply. Please, can she tell the residents what this investment was in the Open Space. Was it the paving of the footpath on the golf course site that should have been paid for by the operator? Was it the heating system replacement for the cottages and Veolia compound? Was it a grant to the Community Garden along the railway embankment?

We residents of the Northwick Park have not seen any investment whatsoever in the actual parkland / open space by the Council since the installation of the Open Air Gym paid for out of the Public Health monies provided by HMG. If there hasn't been any investment then Councillor Tatler must correct the record at the next Council meeting and appologise for her mistake. Perhaps a Fact Check of all she says would be appropriate?

It is difficult to understand this Council's neglect of our green spaces and wildlife. What have they done for wildlife, they stopped mowing some grass verges and parkl;and to save money. They say they are wildflower meadows! What rubbish, if they were then they would have to be managed, which ours are not.

    Yours sincerely

A resident of the Sudbury Court Estate in Northwick Park, Brent

  3. On Tatler's manifesto site, see link below, she says "But more importantly, people have a voice and involvement in the decisions that impact their lives. That is what Labour can do in power" - exactly what voice do us residents have in Brent??? We are constantly by ignored at every stage by the Brent Labour Party clan who think they are invincible 😞

  4. Tatler was a history teacher in a secondary school - you'd think think she'd know all about the history of the 1950s/1960s tower block housing mistakes and their legacy???

Equally you have to ask how do you go from teaching history to being "Brent Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Planning & Growth"??? What relevant skills and experience does she actually have to fulfill this role at Brent Council???

One of her declarations in the register of interests says "09/05/17 - Three course meal with developers from the construction industry. Estimated value between £30-40. Received from Terrapin Communications, London" - wonder which developers these were?

You asked about which developers Cllr. Tatler (and Cllr. Butt) had a three course meal with in May 2017. You will find the details in a guest post I wrote in October 2017:

  6. Its also about 'leveling Up' the higher tier GLA London Planning Data Map. How can every small green space in Westminster be GLA LPDM protectively mapped in, while nearly every small green space in Brent is GLA green cancelled and unmapped at this higher strategic planning tier in 2023?

Or, with Public Rights of Way legal protection, half of Brent (the former Borough of Willesden) is PROW no map/ no definitive statement protected because of all the Brent car-free new towers building.

Clueless on new car-free housing tower tenanted cities of active travel forced, clueless on where green space protection is most urgently required-

    London Brent Imperial.

  7. What a truly terrible incoherent speech by Tatler, still she managed to get in loads of unproven propaganda and self praise. Had she been drinking beforehand?
