My view on this is that it's about ensuring that fairness isn't overlooked in favor of what could be described as a form of financial feudalism.What I mean is that NHS nurses clearly feel that the they are giving their all in return for less by the government.That naturally leads to complaints and strikes and that inevitably has a negative impact upon the general public.That's not fair and must stop asap.
