Interesting that under the new tory reform to PR vote - first past the post now - out of 25 Labour has 11 - so a minority. Tories have 8. So a success for the reform way of voting and representation for the tories. I really doubt Sir Keir understands what has happened here in London and how and when to undo it if Labour win power...
The Tory reform did not change the election for membership of the GLA, only the election for Mayor (where previously you had a supplemental vote).
After the 2021 GLA elections, Labour had 11 AMs, Tories had 9 AMs. The only change resulting from the 2024 GLA election is that the Tories have lost one of their AMs and Reform has gained an AM.
