Quite upsetting to see local councillors posing for photos - it was supposed to be a vigil for those who tragically died, in sympathy with their bereaved families.
Typical Brent Council giving platform to countless Labour politicians and then even forgetting to hold a Minute of Silence which would have been more appropriate for a Remembrance Event than the long winded speeches from the likes of Barry Gardiner and Krupesh Hirani.

Brent Indian Association in Ealing Road Wembley and others organised very good and moving events last week.

It's all about promoting Labour no matter what the event - no decorum anymore.
