An event held at Barham Community Library which hosts Brent FoE every month.
The books and almost everything in the building has been donated to us by some one - so almost everything is recycled.
I don't think the Labour rep was pleased when it was pointed out that his party closed the original public Barham Library and 5 others in 2011 and that we had continued the fight for local Library access for 15 years now.
How about the bit where Jake Rubin said that he agreed with the sale of the Golf Course and driving range on Watfod Road, and then said there is a housing shortage. So, 1 and 1 do make 2 then?
This is the type of communication and accountability we should be getting from all parties/councillors all year round. Follow the new account on Twitter @BrentElects to get and stay informed about happenings in Brent, not just at election time
Local Green Space strongest protection for the South Kilburn Public Open Space 2ha, Brent Kilburn's only remaining park providing access to nature needs of Kilburn car-free housing Tower Wall.
Cable car public transport direct between Harlesden Old Town and Wormwood Scrubs Park a 600m fast transit loop, stopping at Willesden Junction Station, Harlesden car-free housing Tower Wall, Harlesden Canalside and Old Oak Common (Britain's biggest rail station) on its route.
Bigger specific strategic policy ideas would have brought more votes for the Greens, in keep it generic to spend on conservation area amplified quality of life Brent.

Anton and Mary were both very impressive at this event.
Good to see Anton back and doing what he’s best at, standing up for local residents and calling out Brent Labour!!

A Green/Lib Dem coalition would be best for Brent. Mary and Anton are fantastic.
