How does this One Kilburn challenge the two Kilburn's policy of - Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan Forum (north of the electrified railway) of community/ inclusion and Brownfield Developer-led No Plan Kilburn south of the tracks of exclusion/ 'the worse the better'?

There is a Two Brent Kilburn's policy deeply entrenched.

One Kilburn is about Camden/ Brent connecting across Kilburn High Road. Brent and Camden are agreed though that south of the electrified mainline railway NW6 (where massive tenanted population growth in tower is being forced) is Kilburn only for 1 day every four years (Local elections), while its very much Kilburn Not the rest of the time.

Camden Kilburn's, Kilburn Grange Park is recent major green invested in to high quality green space. Yet Brent Kilburn's, Kilburn Park (South Kilburn Public Open Space) has seen no green investment in the 25 regeneration ( tenanted car free sky houses towering) so far.

One Kilburn, with high quality north and south parks, ever happening? ALL the politicians and decision makers looking the other way, while South Kilburn Trust is plotting how to extend the Kilburn Not Tower Wall onto actual Brent Kilburn wards only remaining 2 ha park public good.

Wonder if there is to be a restored south gate (Queens Park entrance) into Paddington Old Cemetery in these new plans?

Apparently there used to be a south gate? Just as the main park gate into Queens Park (south east corner) an architectural feature there still, used to be open rather than blocked-off the way it is now.

One Kilburn is for the Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan Forum Area of Brent and Camden from which Kilburn Wall ( South Kilburn massive population growth zoned is red-line excluded).

The OK Club slab tower pending addition to Kilburn Tower Wall will be interesting. OK will no doubt want to 'meanwhile' elsewhere, so yet another social or green infrastructure loss in South Kilburn can be actioned by Brent as part of the South Kilburn No Plan, where every days is year zero for decision makers.

Ballymore explains the exclusion of South Kilburn from Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan Forum.

Will Ballymore Colony Town (Kilburn Tower Wall Plus) have a Neighbourhood Forum Plan too or will total exclusion of brownfielded people from local major change to 2050 continue?
