I'm contacting you on behalf of SMS Medical Practice, an NHS GP practice at Unit 116 Chaplin Road, Wembley HA0 4UZ.
With so many new homes being built in Wembley and Alperton, we know getting registered with a GP is a real concern for local residents. SMS Medical is welcoming new patients and can usually complete a registration within 24 hours.
