If the elected MP for Brent hasn't got a clue as to what is going on, what chance does the rest of us have?
The one thing we can rely on is that the Labour Party is good at is getting us into more debt, spending and wasting money they don't have in their coffers by increasing taxes.

Janie, I think you should have said that this current Labour Administration (besides being crap at most everything) "is good at is getting us into more debt, spending and wasting money they don't have in their coffers by increasing taxes." The Blair Administration wasn't as bad in those areas, but as for others!!!!! Blair should have been locked up for what he did, the consequenses are still quite obvious with loss of lives and emigration from war torn countries.

True they are thinking that Labour has finished itself de-coupling from its socialism roots even with a massive 140 seat majority. We all know the conservation areas are super cosy welfare state growth/ population de-growth. The new levelling up and planning act seems to seek to totally off- set the welfare state to them. Parallel societies and Labour Lords designing it. Not a good political survival strategy, all the welfare state in one cosy basket. A need to wake up, a need to remember, likely too late now.
Labour are as bad as the Tories. Accepting gifts from questionable sources (e.g. Barry Gardiner from the Chinese of all people), failing to pay taxes due and now stabbing each other in the back. It's time to KICK THEM OUT!

There needs to be an awfully big change in the control and leadership of the Labour Party for it to become the Labour Party again. Not very likely at the moment while there are so many careerists in the party.
