Is Mansoor Akram, Labour candidate for Barnhill, Mo Butt's brother-in-law? #keepitinthefamily

A couple of my sources have claimed that but I have no proof. Also no proof that if elected this would mean, as someone also claimed, that Butt would have up to five relatives (including in-laws etc) in the council chamber.

Labour source has said that Butt tried to have the other candidate selected by Barnhill Ward, Gaynor Lloyd, disbarred.

His grounds for this were that she had apparently once been arrested for lying down in the street near an arms fair!

Did he want another family member or friend selected in her place?

I know for a fact that Butt tried to block Gaynor in the past. It has more to do with who she's married to, I suspect. I think she's brilliant. Akram is certainly connected to Butt.
