Not a convincing statement by Cllr Butt is it? Did he actually say anything of substance other than, (reading between the lines), he likes to build flats for non-Brent residents and therefore gentrify our Borough. As in Neasden, Chinese investors are being shown round the proposed redevelopment site there, the same in Old Oak. Just go to Rent City (Wembley Park) and try to find people who've lived in Brent before moving there.
