Disability News Service brings up a further point regarding that 'point 4 right to exclude' -- ca the 10min mark of the Michael Rosen clip."[Monique Crane] said the Conservative government appeared to want to increase the barriers faced by neurodiverse people [who collectively comprise a fifth of the population], for example by increasing school exclusions of children who display “undesirable” behaviours, and altering the school curriculum to make it less accessible to disabled children."
