'Point 4: exclude poor quality students' -- ca 4mins 20secs marks -- should no doubt be put in front of the UN as another point where UK Government is in breach of the UN Convention on Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

Disability News Service brings up a further point regarding that 'point 4 right to exclude' -- ca the 10min mark of the Michael Rosen clip.

"[Monique Crane] said the Conservative government appeared to want to increase the barriers faced by neurodiverse people [who collectively comprise a fifth of the population], for example by increasing school exclusions of children who display “undesirable” behaviours, and altering the school curriculum to make it less accessible to disabled children." See Labour backs away from McDonnell's calls for a shadow minister for neurodiversity for further detail on this.
